Job summary

Cadence Education in West Bridgewater, MA is hiring a Toddler Lead Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. You will support daily operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, assist in delivering the Cadence Signature Programs, and foster positive relationships with children and families.

The role requires adherence to safety and licensing requirements, collaborative teamwork, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Background clearances and health screenings must be obtained.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher.
• Contribute to Cadence Education programs and curriculum implementation.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain licensing compliance and safety routines.
