Job summary

Magical Beginnings in Norwell, MA seeks a Certified Toddler Teacher to guide a lively group of 15-months to 3-year-olds. You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, partner with a co-teacher, and maintain a safe, engaging classroom.

The role requires EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA, center-based daycare experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day. Magical Beginnings offers strong benefits and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and center-based daycare.
• EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required.
• Ability to support social-emotional development through play-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a co-teacher to plan curriculum, lessons, and materials.
• Support social-emotional development and milestones through age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain open communication with parents and families.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with daily routines including diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime.
• Track progress and complete required assessments; keep PQ registry up to date.
• Maintain ongoing professional development hours as required.
