Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required.
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting.
• An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing substitute coverage when Teachers are out sick, completing planning time, or needing a bathroom/lunch break.
• Assisting Classroom Teachers with opening/closing routines, cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing the classroom for the next day.
• Providing classroom assistance to support teachers, including preparing materials, engaging with students, supervising outdoor time, and assisting with meals and naps.
