Magical Beginnings in Plymouth, MA is hiring an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to lead a classroom of curious toddlers aged 15 months to 3 years. You will partner with a co-teacher to plan age-appropriate curriculum and activities, fostering social-emotional growth and early learning milestones.

The role requires on-floor interaction, strong patience, and a passion for helping young children develop language and independence. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA or equivalent degree and experience required.
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting preferred.
• Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare curriculum and materials.
• Support social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based activities.
• Keep parents informed and build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment.
• Assist with daily routines including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime.
• Track children's progress and complete required assessments.
• Maintain required professional development hours and PQ registry.
• Help toddlers build independence, language, and confidence.
