Child-Parent Centers, Inc. in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Toddler Teacher to deliver high-quality early education for infants and toddlers. The role leads classroom activities, supports families, and works with the Toddler Lead Teacher and coach to implement Languages of Learning curriculum in a warm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• CDA in infant-toddler or preschool with plan to obtain infant-toddler CDA within 6 months.
• One year experience with infants/toddlers or preschool children.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required before start date.
• Ability to pass physical exam and DES background check.
• Right to work in the USA (I-9).
• First Aid/CPR (Infants & Children) certification required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate as issued by state health services.

Responsabilités

• Implement Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers at least 8 hours daily.
• Ensure two parent conferences and two home visits per program year.
• Attend to physical and emotional needs of infants, including care routines.
• Plan learning experiences based on each child’s temperament and culture.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary staff to support development.
• Maintain accurate child and family records in systems used by CPC.
