Child-Parent Centers (CPC) in Tucson, AZ seeks a Preschool Lead Teacher to provide high-quality early education for enrolled children. The role reports to the Site Supervisor and leads the classroom team, implementing the Languages of Learning curriculum for four days per week and ensuring strong partnerships with families.

The position requires an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, one year of preschool experience, and proficiency with Office 365.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree in ECE or related field with 18 credits in ECE/child development.
• One year of documented preschool classroom experience.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Implement Languages of Learning curriculum for four days per week (6.75 hours daily).
• Lead planning, goals, and supervision of classroom team and activities.
• Engage families through conferences and home visits during the program year.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor children’s progress and document data in the agency systems.
