The Learning Experience in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Lead Teacher to lead a classroom and support the learning and development of infants, toddlers, preschool, and/or Pre-K children. You will implement curriculum, maintain a safe, engaging classroom, communicate with families, and provide guidance to Assistant Teachers.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be 18+ years old.
• Experience leading a classroom or teaching team is preferred.
• Strong communication with families and staff is essential.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is expected.
