Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Center-Based Infant-Toddler CDA credential or equivalent; willing to obtain IA/CDAs within 6 months.
• At least 1 year of work with infants/toddlers or preschool children.
• Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Fingerprint clearance card before start date.
• Pass a company physical exam before starting.
• Pass DES Centralized Background Check before starting.

Aufgaben

• Implement the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers for 8 hours daily.
• Conduct two parent conferences and two home visits during the year.
• Attend to physical and emotional needs of infants, including feeding and diapering.
• Set learning goals and plan experiences with families and specialists.
• Support language development and family engagement through routines.
