Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Center-Based Infant-Toddler CDA credential (or equivalent) within 6 months.
• One year of experience with infants/toddlers or preschoolers.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and driving record.
• Proficiency using Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Submit AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date.
• Able to pass a company-paid physical exam prior to starting.
• Able to pass DES Centralized Background Check prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers for 8 hours per day, 4–5 days a week.
• Conduct two parent conferences and two home visits during the program year.
• Attend to physical and emotional needs of infants, including feeding and diapering.
• Plan and document learning experiences using data from families and screens.
• Collaborate with families and specialists to support child development and safety.
