Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Associate Teacher to support diverse age groups across our Costa Mesa locations. You will develop and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, foster safe and engaging environments, and connect with children, families, and staff to promote growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration, timely presence, and adherence to health and safety standards in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

• 12-24 postsecondary units in ECE/CD or related field.
• CA Associate Teacher Permit or above issued by the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Create, implement, and maintain age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Establish authentic, culturally responsive relationships with children and families.
• Keep children healthy and safe through supervision and positive interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs.
