Job summary

Celebree School of Leander at Crystal Falls is seeking a Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching environment. You will weave Celebree’s vision, mission, and values into daily activities, delivering developmentally appropriate experiences for infants and toddlers, and guiding classroom aides with confidence and compassion.

The role offers hands-on teaching, collaboration with families, adherence to child care standards, and opportunities for training and career growth

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; patient and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they take their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
