Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to nurture early development in a warm, play-based learning environment, guiding infants and toddlers through age-appropriate activities.

You will help maintain a safe classroom, implement lesson plans, and support colleagues in delivering high-quality care in compliance with state regulations. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of our franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of children's behavioral and developmental stages and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering guidance as they take first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Create a welcoming classroom for children, parents, and visitors.
• Plan age-appropriate, stimulating lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean space that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Complete all paperwork, reports, supervision records, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
