Job summary

Celebree School of Plano at Los Rios is seeking an enthusiastic Toddler/Infant Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. You will integrate Celebree's values into daily activities and support aspiring aides as they grow in early childhood education.

You will collaborate to create engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences and uphold safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards across the classroom.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the state governing agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance.

Responsibilities

As an Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
