Job summary

Celebree School of Elkridge is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher who will shape the earliest stages of development in a warm, nurturing classroom. You’ll provide age-appropriate experiences and collaborate with a team to support young children’s growth and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills, plus patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with our infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
