Job summary

Celebree School™ is looking for an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching environment. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities while embedding Celebree's values in daily practice.

You will guide young learners and support classroom Aides, ensure safety and compliance with childcare regulations, and create engaging lessons with attentive communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering guidance as they begin walking.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, inviting space to encourage curiosity.
• Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
