The Learning Experience – Cimarron Hills in Colorado Springs is seeking a Toddler Teacher to care for children ages 12–36 months. You’ll support development through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities include creating a safe classroom, maintaining ratios, following health and licensing procedures, implementing LEAP Curriculum, and communicating with families and staff. Prior toddler experience preferred; several credentials encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with toddlers preferred.
• Colorado Shines PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to obtain.
• EQIT preferred or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of early childhood health and safety practices.

Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour, based on credentials and experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 after 45 days of employment
• $500 after 90 days of employment
• Sign-on bonus eligibility is based on meeting attendance and performance expectations and remaining in good standing.

About the Role
