The Learning Experience is seeking a caring Toddler Teacher in Charlotte to join our team. You will create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for children ages 12–24 months, following our LEAP curriculum with hands-on activities, music, movement, and exploration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• At least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
• Professional childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for children ages 12–24 months.
• Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum and make learning fun through hands-on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
• Help children build important social, emotional, and early learning skills.
• Support children as they develop their independence and reach new milestones.
• Provide a caring and consistent routine throughout the day, including meals, naps, diapering, and classroom activities.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate with families about their child's day, progress, and special moments.
• Work closely with your teaching team to provide a positive and consistent classroom experience.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Age Group: 12 months–24 months
