Job summary

The Learning Experience in Colorado Springs is seeking a Toddler Teacher to guide development for children aged 12–36 months. You will create engaging activities aligned with our LEAP curriculum and maintain a safe, structured classroom environment.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and compliance with health and safety standards. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers (12–36 months) is required.
• Colorado Shines (PDIS Credential 3.0: Level 2 or higher) is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
• EQIT preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• CDA or Early Childhood coursework is preferred.
• Strong understanding of licensing/health & safety standards.

• Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)

Schedule: Full Time Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
