Job summary

The Learning Experience Cimarron Hills in Colorado Springs is seeking a Toddler Teacher to support children ages 12–36 months through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences.

You will maintain a safe, clean classroom, adhere to licensing requirements, collaborate with partners and families, and help children develop social, language, and motor skills while contributing to a positive center culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers preferred.
• Colorado Shines PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred.
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Maintain active supervision and required teacher-to-child ratios.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing procedures.
• Implement our L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and daily classroom routines.
• Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with teaching partners and center leadership.

Job description

Benefits:

Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour, based on credentials and experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 after 45 days of employment
• $500 after 90 days of employment
• Sign-on bonus eligibility is based on meeting attendance and performance expectations and remaining in good standing.

About the Role
