Job summary

The Growing Years of Cary is a licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachers to support Toddlers. You will prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans in advance and implement weekly curriculum across all areas of child development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans in advance.
• Implement lesson plans weekly across all areas of child development and use the parent communication app.
• Establish professional rapport with each family to provide quality care.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Maintain a child assessment portfolio and conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences.
• Carry out daily classroom duties and assist with classroom activities.
