Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ability to pass background checks.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or completed degree with at least 12 ECE credits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans developmentally appropriate for Toddlers one week in advance.
• Implement weekly curriculum across all areas of child development according to schedule.
• Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure safety and well-being; maintain organized, clean, and safe classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and portfolios; conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences.
• Physical ability to assist with small children; lift up to 40 lbs; perform daily classroom duties.
