Reid Health is seeking a Tobacco Control Coordinator to lead community tobacco prevention initiatives across Wayne County, Indiana. You will coordinate activities, manage the TPC grant workplan, energize coalitions, and promote the Indiana Tobacco Quitline to reduce tobacco use.

Travel within the county and statewide for training and meetings will be required. Strong written and verbal communication, coalition-building skills, and experience in public health programs are essential for success in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a hospital, health agency, or community service organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement tobacco control initiatives with coalition partners.
• Recruit and engage community organizations and schools for Youth Tobacco Survey.
• Coordinate reporting, travel in-county and across the state as needed.
• Promote Indiana Tobacco Quitline and educational outreach.
