Job summary

Cicatelli Associates, Inc. seeks a Community Engagement Program Manager to drive tobacco control initiatives in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 remote). The role reports to the Project Director and commands a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities include managing two Erie/Niagara coalitions, coordinating trainings and outreach, and ensuring grant compliance and timely progress reporting. Strong public health background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least five years of demonstrated hands-on experience leading community-based public health or tobacco control initiatives; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement program activities for tobacco control and community engagement.
• Lead two ATFC coalitions in Erie and Niagara counties; coordinate meetings, budgets, and technical assistance.
• Monitor budget and prepare detailed monthly progress reports; ensure compliance with NYS DOH guidelines.
