Job summary

CICATELLI ASSOCIATES INC in Buffalo, NY seeks a Community Engagement Program Manager to lead two ATFC coalitions advancing tobacco control, policy change, and community education. You will plan programs, mobilize diverse coalitions, manage budgets, and report progress to NYS DOH, with a hybrid schedule and travel within Erie and Niagara counties.

Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in public health or tobacco control required; excellent communication, coalition leadership, and grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least five years of hands‑on experience leading community‑based public health or tobacco control initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning: maintain advanced knowledge of tobacco-related issues and policy solutions.
• Coalition Leadership: recruit, develop, and maintain diverse coalitions; facilitate operations and trainings.
• Budget & Reporting: monitor grants budget and prepare monthly progress reports to NYS DOH.
• Other responsibilities: perform additional duties as assigned.
