Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order receives the same care and hospitality as our dine-in experience. You will greet guests, review orders, and process payments while keeping the To-Go area organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more daily.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Guest-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for FOH positions.
• Ability to work well with others and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Enter orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Collaborate with Front of House team to support smooth service.
