Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and development of department associates.
• Supervise performance, provide training and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Maintain effective work schedules to meet online order traffic and minimize customer inconvenience.
• Provide leadership and motivation aligned with Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure proper handling of fresh orders and out-of-stock items.
• Model outstanding customer service and utilize product knowledge to meet customer expectations.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering and use of supplies and equipment.
• Understand scheduling, sales, projections and wage percentages; manage end-to-end To Go operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and regulatory requirements.
