• Supervise performance and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Maintain effective work schedules for online order traffic requirements.
• Provide leadership and motivation reflecting Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Proactively partner with department managers to ensure fresh orders and proper handling of out-of-stocks.
