Qualifications

• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar accrediting organization as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or obtain accreditation within 90 days; accreditation maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct regular reviews for direct reports.
• Maintain effective work schedules to meet online order traffic and minimize customer inconvenience.
• Provide leadership to promote guiding principles, core values, vision and strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Partner with department managers to ensure fresh orders and proper handling of out-of-stocks.
