Job summary

• Coordinate with department managers to handle fresh orders and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure proper handling of returns and perishable items, prioritizing cold chain.
• Model excellent customer service and use product knowledge to meet needs.
• Control expenses through ordering, supplies, and equipment care.
• Understand scheduling, sales, wage percent, and relevant reports and systems.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and appearance standards in the department.
• Complete required CBT and training, recognizing achievements and giving constructive feedback.
