Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Manager to lead Food Lion To Go operations at Store 02120 Front End. You will hire, train and develop department associates and oversee online order fulfillment while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will partner with department managers, manage scheduling, budgets and inventory, ensure food safety and store sanitation, and model our Guiding Principles to drive sales and associate morale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must obtain Food Safety Manager accreditation within 90 days of employment; accreditation must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Lion To Go operations and staffing.
