Benihana Puente Hills is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure seamless takeout and delivery orders while providing friendly, efficient service to guests. You will manage to-go operations with precision, ensuring order accuracy and timely pickup.

Responsibilities include processing orders through multiple channels, coordinating with BOH/FOH, maintaining supplies, and upholding food safety standards. Prior experience is welcome but not required, and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in to-go, host, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently via phone, online, and third-party apps.
• Ensure packaging, presentation, and order accuracy before handing off to guests or drivers.
• Maintain timeliness and organization for a smooth pickup experience.
• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to ensure a great customer experience.
• Coordinate with BOH to fulfill orders and accommodate modifications.
