Associate Attorney – Responsibilities
- Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.
Qualifications
- Barrister licensed in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Multi‑state licensure is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience preferred; however, all qualified applicants are considered.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven.
Location & Travel
- Varies by role and candidate location (onsite, hybrid, and remote options available).
- Local court‑related travel required.

- Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, and swiveling.
