Job summary

Clayton is seeking a senior HR/People leader to oversee Team Member Experience (TMX) programs, including recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, and performance management. You will partner with leadership to implement world-class HR practices and drive a high-engagement culture in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in HR, Business/Management, or Organizational Development.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR or Training/OD.
• Knowledge of HR, Organizational Planning, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Safety, Employee Engagement, and Employee Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and coaching abilities.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and oversight of HR practices and drive improvements to achieve world-class TMX.
• Analyze KPIs on turnover, present results, and advise leadership.
• Lead development of leadership vision and align HR programs with it.
• Oversee Benefits/Salary administration and Payroll/Attendance; collaborate on pay issues.
• Oversight of recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation; ensure policy compliance.
• Coach People Leaders on setting expectations and giving feedback.
• Lead Leadership development workshops; assess performance and advise on development plans.
• Ensure Employment Practices compliance with federal/state law; investigate issues as needed.
• Ensure Performance Management processes exist and support two-way feedback.
• Serve as facility point of contact for initiatives such as VTO, Wellbeing, etc.
