Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a TMTT Territory Manager to drive sales growth in Michigan, covering Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Ann Arbor areas. You will collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to guide device use, helping physicians reach expert proficiency and deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Success requires deep interventional cardiology knowledge, strong sales skills, and the ability to train clinicians while fostering trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least five years of progressive sales experience.
• Medical Device industry experience or equivalent experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinician training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate highest-quality case support in assigned geography to prioritize optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute annual plans to achieve and exceed territory objectives.
• Work efficiently on complex projects, both independently and as part of a field team.
• Optimize resources for customer engagement.
• Informally mentor new colleagues to support development of a robust field footprint in the United States.
