Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced TMT Environmental Lead to guide environmental strategy, permitting, and regulatory affairs for data centers, fiber networks, and digital infrastructure.

You will partner with market sector leaders and client development teams to drive growth and ensure compliant, timely project delivery. Based in HDR offices globally, you will mentor teams, oversee complex environmental studies, and represent HDR in industry forums.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory programs.
• Experience supporting data center, telecom, or digital infrastructure projects.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HDR's environmental strategy for the TMT sector.
• Lead permitting programs and advise on regulatory compliance.
• Manage land use, zoning, and entitlement strategies with stakeholders.
• Drive strategic growth, pursue opportunities, and engage clients at senior levels.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
