Job summary

Clarity Clinic seeks a dedicated professional to support TMS therapy across two locations (Loop and Arlington Heights). You will educate patients, administer TMS sessions, and maintain compliant patient records while providing top-tier customer service.

You will collaborate with physicians, neuroimaging specialists, and healthcare staff, ensuring coordinated care. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or a related field. Preferred, not required.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge.
• Insurance knowledge.
• Clinical interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
• Deliver TMS Therapy to patients at either location as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
• Handle office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to the center manager, scheduling appointments, and handling medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team, participating in team meetings and activities as your schedule allows.
• Assist clerical support staff with documentation for insurance preauthorization and reimbursement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every patient.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management at either site.
