Job summary

Clarity Clinic, PLLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a PRN TMS Coordinator to support TMS treatment operations across Loop and Arlington Heights locations. The role involves educational consultations, delivering TMS therapy, and managing daily patient and administrative tasks.

The position is PRN with shifts 7:30am–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, across two sites. Compensation is $27.00–$29.00 per hour; benefits are not included. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or a related field is preferred, not required.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Billing software knowledge and insurance knowledge are required.
• Clinical interviewing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Loop and Arlington Heights locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
• Deliver TMS Therapy to patients at either location as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
• Handle office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistics to the center manager, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in team meetings when schedule allows.
• Assist clerical staff with documentation for insurance preauthorization and reimbursement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every patient.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management at either site.
