Job summary

Clarity Clinic seeks a dedicated professional to support TMS therapy across two locations (Loop and Arlington Heights). You will educate patients, administer TMS sessions, and maintain compliant patient records while providing top-tier customer service.

You will collaborate with physicians, neuroimaging specialists, and healthcare staff, ensuring coordinated care. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or a related field. Preferred, not required.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge.
• Insurance knowledge.
• Clinical interviewing experience.

In this role, you will:

What you’ll do:

• Adaptability — Work effectively across two locations and a variable schedule, responding to shifting patient needs and site-specific workflows

• Collaboration — Work with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, neurologists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care regardless of location

• Communication Skills — Clearly communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals about TMS procedures, benefits, potential side effects, and treatment plans

• Continuing Education — Stay current on TMS advancements, research, and best practices

• Documentation and Record-Keeping — Maintain accurate, confidential patient records consistent with protocols at both locations

• Patient Care — Provide empathetic, patient-centered care regardless of which site you’re covering

• Problem-Solving — Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during sessions

• Safety Compliance — Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper equipment placement and monitoring

• Technical Expertise — Understand TMS equipment operation, setup, and calibration at both locations

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance — Assess equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance as needed

*Complete TMS training will be provided.*
