Job summary

Clarity Clinic, PLLC seeks a PRN TMS Coordinator to support two locations (Loop Chicago and Arlington Heights). You will deliver TMS therapy, provide patient education, and handle HIPAA-compliant administration for eligible patients. Flexibility to cover shifts across sites is required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with psychiatrists, PAs/NPs, psychologists, and therapists, while maintaining safety and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge and insurance knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultations to interested patients.
• Deliver TMS Therapy to patients at either location as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
• Handle office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to the center manager, scheduling appointments, and handling medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team, participating in team meetings and activities as schedule allows.
• Assist clerical support staff with documentation for insurance preauthorization and reimbursement.
