Clarity Clinic, PLLC in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a TMS Patient Care Coordinator to support daily TMS sessions and patient care. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm, and involves educational consultations and administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities include delivering TMS therapy, maintaining patient safety, coordinating scheduling, and keeping accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or related major.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge.
• Insurance knowledge.
• Clinical Interviewing.

Aufgaben

• Provide educational consultations to interested patients and deliver TMS therapy.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment during daily treatment sessions.
• Manage administrative tasks: leads, scheduling, copays, and medical records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team and participate in team meetings.
• Assist clerical staff with insurance preauthorization and reimbursement documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned by management.
