Job summary

Clarity Clinic in the Chicagoland area seeks a TMS Patient Care Coordinator to help facilitate treatment sessions for patients with MDD, OCD and other mental illnesses. This onsite role in Arlington Heights requires a 12:00–20:30 schedule and involves delivering TMS therapy and coordinating care under supervision of medical staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have strong organizational and billing/insurance knowledge, and be comfortable with HIPAA and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, Pre-med, or related major.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Billing software knowledge.
• Insurance knowledge.
• Clinical Interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Providing educational consultations to interested patients.
• Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients.
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
• Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
