Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 2 years or more experience in customer service or clinical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments according to physician protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care and develop trust and rapport.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort and TMS system setup.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients.
• Record session notes and schedule patient visits using EMR.
• Communicate with TMS psychiatrists overseeing patient treatment.
