Job summary

ARC Psychiatry in Beachwood, OH is seeking a TMS Technician/Admin Support to join our in-person team. You will assist with setup and delivery of daily TMS treatments and support related therapies, while performing front desk duties and coordinating patient care alongside clinicians.

The role requires a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with a year of healthcare experience, strong English communication, and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with at least one year experience in healthcare settings.
• Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay focused.

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers during initial TMS appointments and ongoing daily TMS sessions;
• Assisting patients with neurofeedback treatments;
• Rooming patients and setting up for neuropsychiatric testing and evaluation;
• Checking patient vitals as needed;
• Charting information in EMR daily;
• Maintaining treatment and testing rooms clean and organized;
• Following PPE and disinfection guidelines;
• Monitoring patients during treatment and testing;
• Collaborating with Practice Manager and staff;
• Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance;
• Handling medical records confidentially;
• Assisting with authorizations and insurance documents.
