Job summary

ARC Health Partners, Beachwood, OH, is seeking a TMS Technician/Admin Support to assist with daily Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation sessions and related clinical tasks. Includes setting up and delivering TMS treatments, front desk duties, EMR documentation, and collaboration with clinicians and the Practice Manager.

The ideal candidate is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with at least one year of healthcare experience, strong patient care skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with at least one year experience in healthcare.
• Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on patient care.
• Passionate about patient care with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and focus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration and initiative.
• Understanding of billing and collection practices preferred.
• Physically capable of walking, standing, lifting, stooping and bending.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; Office proficiency preferred.
• Confident handling confidential information and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers during initial TMS appointments and administering ongoing daily TMS sessions.
• Assisting patients with neurofeedback treatments.
• Rooming patients and setting them up for neuropsychiatric testing and evaluation.
• Checking patient vitals as needed.
• Charting relevant information in EMR daily.
• Maintaining clean and organized treatment and testing rooms.
• Following PPE guidelines and disinfecting procedures.
• Monitoring patients during treatment and testing.
• Maintaining contact with Practice Manager.
• Carrying out duties assigned by the Practice Manager.
• Assisting patients with disabilities, including wheelchair-bound individuals.
• Assisting in emergency situations.
• Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Handling documents and medical records confidentially and legally.
• Obtaining and recording patient consents when applicable.
• Performing clinical support duties including insurance authorizations and documentation.
• Maintaining professional demeanor and high service standards.
• Following treatment protocols and reporting progress.
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care.
• Maintaining accuracy in details.
• Assuming other duties as assigned.
