Responsibilities

• Coordinate TMS and Spravato patient schedules and treatment coordination.
• Obtain and maintain insurance prior authorizations.
• Coordinate Spravato medication ordering and pharmacy communication.
• Assist with patient care, Spravato consultations, and daily treatment needs.
• Maintain REMS, DEA, medication logs, chart audits, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Manage patient leads, phone calls, copays, and general office tasks.
• Track and report treatment activity to the Center Manager.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic treatment environment.
