Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to connect with patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment and ensure safety.
• Review medication & treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Take vitals and monitor patient safety during treatments.
• Obtain informed consent and document treatment sessions.
• Record notes and treatment data for REMS monitoring.
• Assist with scheduling and basic billing inquiries.
