The role includes administering Spravato and TMS and handling basic front-office responsibilities, with training and certification provided.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with shifts that run 8 hours between 8 AM and 7 PM, and potential coverage at other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• General computer proficiency, Office applications, CRM/EHR systems
• Knowledge of local insurance payers
• Basic Life Support Certification (Training provided)
• Customer Service experience
• Patient-centric mentality and compassion
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, willingness to learn
• Respectful communication with patients and colleagues
• Physically able to stand for hours

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor safety and accuracy of TMS/Spravato treatments.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato therapy.
• Obtain and document informed consent forms.
• Submit REMS monitoring forms after each treatment.
• Document treatment progress with rating scales (PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI).
• Greet patients and assist with scheduling and payments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient care.
