Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients in our New Jersey clinics. The role focuses on administering TMS and Spravato treatments, documenting sessions, and coordinating patient care with a strong emphasis on empathy and safety.

Ideal candidates will have high school education, basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM/EHR systems, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; basic computer proficiency including MS Office
• Experience with CRM or EHR systems is preferred
• BLS certification is provided/training will be provided as needed
• Customer service experience and a patient-centric attitude are essential

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapy according to clinical guidelines
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions
• Monitor patient safety and clinical accuracy during treatments
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments and document results
• Obtain informed consent forms before treatments and document accordingly
• Collect and document information for REMS monitoring forms after each session
• Schedule treatments and handle related administrative tasks
• Assist with scheduling, insurance questions, and basic billing inquiries
• Greet patients and support a caring, empathetic patient experience
