OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients in our New Jersey clinics. The role involves assisting with Spravato and TMS treatments, patient education, and front-office duties.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Training and certification will be provided; 8-hour shifts may occur 8AM–7PM with some location flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM and/ or EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment and set up sessions.
• Review medication and treatment info with patients before sessions.
• Monitor safety and accuracy during treatments.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments and document notes.
• Obtain informed consent before treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms post-treatment.
• Schedule treatments and assist with billing questions.
• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, patient-first experience.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high-quality care.
