Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to administer Spravato and TMS treatments and support patients in our clinics across the state. The role combines clinical tasks with basic front-office responsibilities and requires a patient-first attitude.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM/EHR), and a willingness to learn. Training and certification are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• General computer proficiency; MS Office; CRM/EHR familiarity.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers.
• Basic Life Support Certification (training provided).
• Customer service experience.
• Patient-centric attitude and empathy.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy under guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy of treatments.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Obtain informed consent forms before treatments.
• Document REMS forms after each Spravato session.
• Record and document treatment session notes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients and make them feel welcome.
• Collect payments for out-of-pocket costs.
• Schedule treatments.
• Assist with insurance and billing questions.
• Support scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Benchmark progress with PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI.
